From its humble beginnings to winning a bronze award in the foodie world, the brownie mix is quick, easy yet packs a flavourful punch. She said, “This is the recipe that I have had, forever. I have changed it multiple times over the years, experimented with it, but I have always gone back to the original as you just can’t beat a good, chewy brownie. “Here’s a little tip: as soon as you’re done baking it, pop it into the fridge overnight, or if you really can’t wait that long, for at least 3 hours—it turns into fudge.” — flouranddough.co.nz
