New Zealand Shipping
We ship to all urban and rural addresses across New Zealand.
- Urban delivery: $6.50 flat rate. Free shipping on orders over $100.
- Rural delivery: $11.00 flat rate. Rural delivery is self-selected at checkout — please ensure you select the correct option for your address.
Australian Shipping
We ship to Australia via tracked courier.
- 0–1 kg: AUD $15.00
- 1–2 kg: AUD $19.00
- 2-5 kg: AUD $28.00
Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery timeframes vary by location and courier.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
School Fundraiser Delivery
Orders placed through a school fundraiser page are paid for online. After the fundraiser closes, orders are delivered in bulk to the participating school/ business/person or, by prior discussion and agreement, shipped to an agreed urban address at Flour and Dough’s expense. Delivery arrangements are agreed with the fundraiser organiser, who will advise when orders are ready for distribution.
Individual home delivery is not included as a standard fundraiser option. Any alternative delivery arrangement must be discussed and agreed with Flour and Dough in advance. Fundraiser delivery timing follows the closing date and agreed distribution arrangements, rather than the standard processing and courier timeframes above.
Please enter the student name and class on the fundraiser ordering form so the school can distribute your order. Fundraiser items and regular shop purchases must be ordered separately. Normal shipping rates apply to regular shop purchases.
