Halloween Cookie Ideas - 4 cookie recipe
As the year draws to an end - yes, its term 3 and it’s almost done!
We get prepared for some spooky fun with the neighbours and all the children! We love to come up with some fun ways to incorporate our brownie baking mix into these spooky treats!
This year, I have added one of my favorites, now, I know I am always saying this, but this realy is a cute spooky way to add cookies to halloween!
It is so easy you can get the kids to make them, just be careful with the oven!
This recipe makes 4 chocolate chip cookies! It’s especialy handy if you don’t have heaps of ingredients or if you don’t have enough time to make an entire cookie baking mix!
You can use our Funfetti Cookie Baking Mix and make an entire batch, or use the 4 cookie recipe ( small batch) I am going to give you you here!
INGREDIENTS
3 tablespoons butter
4 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 egg yolk
1/8 teaspoon baking soda
6 tablespoons flour
tiny pinch of salt
2 white marshmallows
Edible googly eyes
Preheat your oven to 170C
Melt your butter and add the sugars and mix well. Now add the rest of the ingredients and mix.
Roll into 4 balls and place onto your cookie sheet. They do spread a bit. Bake for 8 minutes.
Cut your 2 marshmallows in half and once your 8 minutes in the oven is done, place a half of a marshmallow onto each cookie, squish it in slighty and pop back into the oven for 1 minute.
Add some googly eyes to the marshmallows before they cool! Do let them cool before you eat, the marshmallow is hot!
