how long will my pre mix last?

All our Pre Mixes will be dated with BB date.
 

how long will my baked product last?

Our Nut Flour Pre Mixes will last 3 days in an airtight container, after that I highly recommend you slice and freeze them

Our Beer Bread Pre Mixes will be best eaten on the day you baked it, pushed for 2 days in an airtight container, thereafter, you are welcome to make them into toasties (yum) and use as croutons! Recipe under Recipe Tab
 

What size loaf do they make?

The Nut Flour Pre Mix uses a STD size loaf tin, and makes a 6cm - 9cm high loaf. You can also make your own loaf size by using tin foil to make your tin smaller, thus making a higher loaf.

Beer Bread makes a large loaf that completely fills a loaf tin and does rise to slightly above the tin
