Flour and Dough guarantees the quality of our products, however, in the instance that the product appears to be faulty Flour and Dough will not be held liable but will in good faith agree to the return of faulty goods. Goods that need to be returned will either be exchanged for new goods, or a refund will be processed.
Exchanges and refunds will be made in the instance that the wrong product has been supplied. In the unlikely instance that this does occur, you will not defame Flour and Dough in any manner or on any platform. Both parties must make every effort to rectify the situation in a satisfactory manner for both. Flour and Dough will not accept the responsibility for return shipping costs. Any products that is deemed faulty will need to be sent back, or reasonable explanation given, proof may be requested, as to why product is deemed faulty.
Flour and Dough products have been tested by numerous bakers and numerous ovens, please use your discretion based on your oven.
No returns, refunds or exchanges will be made for a change of mind. All other decisions regarding reasons for returns, refunds or exchanges will be made on a case by case basis at the discretion of Flour and Dough.
