Here, we take cakes and cupcakes very seriously! So much so, that this cake mix was the exact one that I built a cake baking business around it!

It produces a light, moist sponge that doesn’t dry out and is strong enough to carve the most spectacular cakes from!

It’s speedy to make, even cupcakes become your best friend when you need something realy quick!

You can make a special decadent cake or simple cupcakes or turn it into the most amazing chocolate cake!

Makes 2/3 layer cake ( 6 inch or 8 inch)

20-24 cupcakes ( dependant on how fill liners are) recommend just under 3/4 to get 24.
