Easter Cake and Cupcake Baking Box

Each box makes one 2 layer cake or 20 cupcakes
This cake freezes beautifully, is the PERFECT cake to carve for some out there cakes and keeps fresh for days!
You have the option of making this into a chocolate cake by adding cocoa to the mixture as per the instructions on the recipe card!
You will need some pantry items though!

Buttermilk or milk and lemon juice (to make your own buttermilk)
Icing of choice
